It's been almost a year since I last posted. It's also been almost a year since I did any garment sewing. I wish that wasn't the case, but sometimes life gets in the way! BUT! I did do one little project a couple of months ago that I wanted to post about.
I've posted a boppy cover that I made before. It really is such a quick and easy project. It's inexpensive too! And honestly the print selection for retail boppy covers is not great. So make your own in an hour!
The only issue I ran into with this project was zippers. For some reason there must have been a white zipper shortage in my area. I didn't want to wait and ended up using navy instead. It's not so bad. It's the back!
I used two different colors of the same print. I love the way they look together!
So who were these two boppies for? Well, the major project I've been working on since September is done. And we needed these for them!
Meet Ben and Ellie. They're 5 weeks old and they're far and away the best thing I've ever made.
They do suck up all of time and energy. But I've been hoping to get back to sewing soon. We'll see how it goes. My fabric stash won't use itself!
