This shirt's bananas!

This shirt's bananas!

B-A-N-A-N-A-S!

I'm not sure what there is to say about this shirt, really. It's one of my favorites. Pieces like these, basics in a fun print, are what I constantly gravitate to in my wardrobe. I've really enjoyed all the trendy fruit prints I'm seeing everywhere, and this banana jersey seemed perfect to capitalize on that.

I bought this fabric from one of my favorite sources for printed jerseys, Bonita Fabrics on Etsy. They have such a great selection, but the big downside is that shipping is so high from South Korea. So I don't order that often, but I've always been very happy with everything I've ordered!

The pattern is Grainline Scout. I actually love this pattern for knits so much. I lengthened it a bit in the back but no other changes. I sewed it mostly on my serger, and finished the hems with a double needle on my regular machine.
